What actually happens on the calls?
Think Summer E&R vibes—but all year long.
Cohort calls are teaching-style sessions with Kelsey and slides that build on what you learned at the event.
Yoga calls connect to the monthly theme and give you a nervous-system-safe way to process the work.
And our open coaching calls? That’s your space to bring whatever’s on your heart and get real-time support—or learn from hearing others get coached. It’s powerful.
How much time does this take?
This question usually comes from two places:
“Will I have time for this?” or “Will there be enough to make it worth it?”
The answer to both is: yes.
Calls are around 45–60 minutes, but everything is recorded and added to the app, so you can watch or listen whenever it works for you.
Some people come live every week. Some binge replays on walks. Some take it slow and steady.
You’ll also get tools that actually save you time—like ready-to-use resources and GPTs that help with planning and mindset work.
You get to choose what works for your season.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Most of our calls happen between 5–7 PM MT during the school year. But every call goes into the app within about 24 hours.

Can I get PD credit for this?
Yes! You’ll get a certificate for every E&R session, every Cohort call, and every Club coaching call.
That means you can earn professional development all year long—for doing work that actually supports your growth.

Do I still need to buy an E&R ticket for future conferences?
If you’re joining the Cohort only, yes—you’ll need to buy your event ticket separately.
But Club members get VIP access to all E&R events included with their membership.
What if I’m already a Club member—do I get access to the Cohort?
Yes, you do! If you’re already in the Club, the Cohort is included as part of your membership—along with access to our GPTs, app, weekly calls, and all the new bonuses we’ve added.

Am I locked into anything?
Nope. The Cohort is a one-time payment. The Club is monthly or annual—and you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.
We do recommend giving yourself the full year if possible—because real transformation takes time. But the choice is always yours.
Can I get all of this without a subscription?
You can get pieces of it… but not the full experience.
- The Cohort? Yes—it’s a one-time payment of $347 and includes monthly coaching, community cohort thread in the app, and yoga calls. It’s a beautiful starting place.
- The PD events? Yes—you can purchase tickets individually throughout the year, usually $19–$99 each. But those don’t include the extras our members get, like replays, bonus workshops, or community access.
- The resources? Some are available in our shop, but members get 20 downloads a month, plus exclusive resources that aren’t sold anywhere else. And honestly? Buying à la carte would cost you way more.
What you can’t get without the Club:
- Weekly open coaching calls
- Book club sessions
- The full meditation and movement library
- Access to our app, GPT tools, etc.
- Ongoing support that actually helps you sustain the growth

What grade levels are the resources for—and what’s included with them?
Our ready-to-use teaching resources are designed for PreK–6th grade, and there are over 2,000 of them waiting for you inside the Club!

I don’t teach PreK–6. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. The Cohort is $347 on its own, and grade level doesn’t apply to coaching and mindset work.
You also get our custom GPT that can help generate lessons for any subject or grade level—middle school, high school, admin, homeschool… we’ve got you.
The transformation isn’t tied to grade level. This is about you.
Is there an annual membership?
Yes! But right now, the only decision you need to make is whether you’re joining the Club or the Cohort. You’ll get a chance to upgrade to annual later if you want to—but today is about taking that first aligned step.
What about the “Lifer” lifetime option you had last year?
Lifetime isn’t currently open, but we expect to bring it back in 2026—with limited spots and new criteria that include being an active Club member for a set amount of time. If you want in when that time comes, this is your moment to join us now.
How easy is it to cancel?
Super easy. Just log in to your account on our site and click a few buttons. No emails. No hoops. No guilt.
Will my price go up later?

Can I share my login information with anyone?
