We are educators at heart and love learning in every way. We are always striving to improve our work and work more efficiently. We are never afraid to improve and take feedback because we know that being willing to learn and grow is never a bad thing. We also love learning new tasks as needed to grow the company, expand our vision, and serve our customers.

We are team-oriented

We stay in the know of how things are going on our team.  If there is anything that may keep us from making a deadline, we communicate that with the team well ahead of time so a new course of action can take place. We plan ahead so we can take worry-free time off, which means we don’t need to check in on work when we are out. Since we communicate ahead of time, a plan is already in place for when someone is on vacation mode or needs to take time off. We believe in work/life balance and working from a place of rest rather than a place of hustle.
