What is the difference between quarterly and annual plans?
Both plans give you full access to everything inside the Club—coaching, resources, the community, and app access.
The annual plan gives you the best value and includes bonus gifts like a printed planner.
The monthly plan lets you break up the cost, but does not include those bonuses.

What actually happens on the calls?
Think Summer E&R vibes—but all year long.
Cohort calls are teaching-style sessions with Kelsey and slides that build on what you learned at the event.
Yoga calls connect to the monthly theme and give you a nervous-system-safe way to process the work.
And our open coaching calls? That’s your space to bring whatever’s on your heart and get real-time support—or learn from hearing others get coached. It’s powerful.
How much time does this take?
This question usually comes from two places:
“Will I have time for this?” or “Will there be enough to make it worth it?”
The answer to both is: yes.
Calls are around 45–60 minutes, but everything is recorded and added to the app, so you can watch or listen whenever it works for you.
Some people come live every week. Some binge replays on walks. Some take it slow and steady.

You get to choose what works for your season.

Is this for classroom teachers only?
Not at all! While many members are classroom teachers, we also have specialists, coaches, administrators, homeschool parents, and educators in nontraditional roles. If you’re in the field of education and want to feel more supported and aligned—you belong here.
How often are the calls?
Calls are usually 3-4 times per month.
You can come to every call, or just the ones you can. Most members don’t come to everything. You’re not “behind” if you miss a call. This is your space, and it’s here when you need it.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching?
Kelsey has just a few 1:1 pocket coaching spots that are $175/month. Click here for more info.
But also, you can get 1:1 coaching from Kelsey on our group calls and it’s much cheaper for a whole year of support (it’s just with the support of other members watching).
And our coaching-trained GPT gives you personalized support whenever you need it.
Group coaching isn’t a lesser version… it’s a chance to learn through shared stories and lightbulb moments. Plus, it’s a whole lot more accessible than the hundreds or thousands you’d spend elsewhere.
Can I get PD credit for this?
Yes! You’ll get a certificate for every E&R session, every Cohort call, and every Club coaching call.
That means you can earn professional development all year long—for doing work that actually supports your growth.

Do I still need to buy an E&R ticket for future conferences?
If you’re joining the Cohort only, yes—you’ll need to buy your event ticket separately.
But Club members get VIP access to all E&R events included with their membership.
When do I get my planner...and do I get to pick the color?
If you choose the annual plan, yes! We will send you a form to confirm your shipping information and personalization preferences. Expect it to arrive in approximately 2 weeks after your form is submitted.
Can I get a planner if I live internationally?
Yes, we will just contact you to cover the exact cost of shipping if you would like a planner. Any duties or fees are also the responsibility of the member.
Am I locked into anything?
Nope. The Cohort is a one-time payment. The Club is monthly or annual—and you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.
We do recommend giving yourself the full year if possible—because real transformation takes time. But the choice is always yours.
What grade levels are the resources for—and what’s included with them?
Resources are for PreK-6 teachers across all grade levels and subjects. Instead of one static library, you get new resources dropped monthly and seasonally, so there’s always something fresh waiting for you in the app, worth $100+ each month. On your anniversary renewal (13th month, 2nd year, etc), you’ll unlock our entire Google Drive Resource Vault with everything we have ever created. all grade levels

I don’t teach PreK–6. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. The coaching alone is the most important part of the Club, and grade level doesn’t apply to coaching and mindset work.
You also get our custom GPT that can help generate lessons for any subject or grade level—middle school, high school, admin, homeschool… we’ve got you.
