When and where does the challenge take place?
This virtual challenge will take place on our webinar platform, Webinar Jam, on January 16-18, 2024. It will be 1 hour each of those evenings. When you sign up, you will receive the link to register and receive email and text reminders leading up to the event.
What if I can't attend the challenge live?
A private podcast and lifetime access to the vision board challenge are included so you can go back and review what you learned anytime. What exactly is life coaching?
Good question, and one that so many teachers have! Life coaching is a type of relationship that offers a safe space to dive deep into the problems and stressors in your life, unveil the ROOT cause of your feelings, and use that new information to start changing your thoughts and instill new actions in your life. We support this with tools that you can use every day, and what I (Kelsey) teach specifically is called the self-coaching method!
