All the graphic organizers, activities, or worksheets needed to complete every lesson are included.

In addition to the 4th grade ELA lessons, the following is also included:

Living History with Mrs Brownell –
This year our district required us to provide 10 days of ready to go sub plans in the event that we were quarantined and unable to work. I purchased these plans in the hopes that I would not need them, but I was very impressed with everything that they provided. These lessons were perfect because they could be taught at anytime during the school year and focused on valuable skills and activities, not just “filler” work. I was even more grateful for the purchase when I did end up sick and unable to work fro two weeks. I had such peace and reassurance knowing that the lesson plans were available and ready to go, so that my classroom could run smoothly while I was able to rest and recover. By purchasing this set, you will save yourself hours of sub planning, you can also rest easy knowing your students are still engaged, and actively learning. I want to say thank you so much from one “Wife Teacher Mommy” to another for creating this set! You were a lifesaver!

As I printed my plans, my excitement grew over the possibility of not stressing every time I need a sub. I have young children who can’t stay home alone sick so that doubles the likelihood of needing that sub and scrambling to put together plans. These sub plans are changing all that! I know feel comfort knowing that my students will have engaging and rigorous activities no matter who fills in as a sub. Thank you!!

I had to use these subs plans as emergency sub plans. The formatting was so user friendly. I love that there is a direction sheet for the teacher for each assignment. That cuts back on time spent making teacher direction sheets myself. The student work also has very clear directions on it. The skills are easy enough for my students to complete independently and the pages are very user friendly for the kids as well. This is such a great resource to buy! Best part is, its aligned to CCSS so I can reuse again next year!
