You should have received your download link via email right after you completed your purchase. The email is sent to the email address given at checkout. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam and promotions folders!
You can always download your purchases in your account using your email and the password you created at checkout. You can reset your password if needed right here: https://educateandrejuvenate.com/my-account/
Once logged in, you’ll go to the “Downloads” tab, and then “click” on the yellow boxes to download your purchases.

First, be sure you are opening in Adobe Reader (FREE Version), and not Preview or any other PDF reader or your web browser. If it’s still not working, you probably need to update your Adobe Reader to the latest version. Usually, any issues like this are for this reason. Our resources DO NOT require a password to download/print.
Second, the issue could also be a printer issue. Some printers will read images in PDFs by default. You may need to use the “print as image” setting in Adobe Reader. This will generally fix the issue.

Our small team ships out planners once a week, usually on Wednesdays, and then it will take another 3-4 days to arrive. You will get immediate access to the PDF version. Your UNDATED planner will be ready to start as soon as you receive it!

Due to the digital nature of the resources, they are not eligible for a refund (unless there is a duplicate purchase of the same items). Even though refunds are not offered, we are willing to do our best to make you a happy customer. With our Happiness Guarantee, we will offer a store credit if you are not happy with your purchase so you can choose a more suitable resource. In the rare event that a refund is offered, if we see fit, the customer may have the transaction fees subtracted from their refund.
No, your account is protected under copyright law. Sharing of login information is prohibited.
These resources include a single-use license. This means they are for the use of one teacher to make as many copies as he or she needs to make for personal use, and for the classes they teach. If any other educators would like to use this resource, they must purchase their own copies from the website.
