You and your students will love practicing your math skills with Thanksgiving fractions or a Thanksgiving jeopardy style game! Plus, your students & co-workers (or even friend and family) will appreciate you sharing your gratitude with punny Thanksgiving cards.

Thanksgiving Fractions are Easy as Pie with these engaging Thanksgiving fraction worksheets. Students will be able to identify fractions, draw fractions, and solve story problems using fractions and a picture graph. Fraction vocabulary cards are included for the words Fraction, Numerator, and Denominator.
An exciting opening activity, included in the Thanksgiving Fractions Are Easy As Pie uses treats to get the students hooked, which your students will love!
Students will circle whether they want 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 of a treat. While they are doing the worksheets, you can prepare the treats and give each student the amount they requested. This memorable lesson will help students remember that the bigger the denominator is on the bottom, the smaller each piece of the whole is!
It also includes worksheets for students to identify fractions and draw fractions. Finally, it includes a section with critical thinking questions. Students will use fractions AND a picture graph for these!
The teacher’s answer key is also included. This product is very versatile! The “pie” theme is perfect for Thanksgiving or Pi Day, but it can also be used at any time. Turkey Fraction Trivia is a really fun fraction game. It is similar to the style of Jeopardy- except the questions and answers are not backward.
This is a printable game, I recommend printing out the pages on cardstock or laminating them so they will last.
You’ll put the number of points on top, and then the question page underneath it, like a Thanksgiving Jeopardy board. I printed the question and answer back to back so I could just flip the page!
