Feeling stuck and overwhelmed? You’re not alone, and guess what—you don’t have to stay there! Whether you’re juggling lesson plans, students, or family commitments, life can feel like you’re spinning on a hamster wheel. But hold up! Let’s hit pause, take a breath, and get ready to reclaim your direction—both in and out of the classroom. In this post, I’m sharing a 3-step framework to help you reawaken your passion for teaching and rediscover the joy in your life. So, let’s get you back on track with purpose, intention, and a whole lot of heart. It’s time to put yourself back in the driver’s seat, babe!

Finding Balance Between Professional and Personal Life

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly giving, giving, giving—whether it’s to your students, your family, or your career—and never taking a moment for yourself? Like you’re just going through the motions, checking off everyone else’s to-do list? Girl, you’re not alone, and it’s time for a change! This is your call to action to stop moving without a map and start living with intention. Let’s talk about how to choose your direction so you can thrive, not just survive.

Observing Yourself: The First Essential Step

Before you can figure out where you’re headed, you gotta take a good, hard look at where you are. Observing yourself is all about pulling back the curtain and getting real with your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Kelsey reminds us that our brains are wired to run on autopilot, and if we’re not paying attention, we can wind up stuck in a loop of stress and overwhelm.

Start by tuning into your automatic thoughts and those knee-jerk reactions—like when you’re in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode. The more you understand your patterns, the easier it is to bring yourself back to balance and calm.

If you want to learn more about this step, be sure to listen to last week’s episode 3 Step Coaching Framework Part 1: Observe Yourself [#147]

Choosing Your Direction: What Do You Truly Want?

Now that you’ve got some self-awareness under your belt, it’s time to ask yourself the million-dollar question: What do YOU want? Not what your students need, not what your family expects—what lights you up? Remember that scene from “The Notebook” when Noah asks, “What do you want?” Yeah, that’s the vibe we’re going for here.

Start by asking yourself:

  • What makes me feel alive?
  • What are my non-negotiable values?
  • Are these things showing up in my life right now?

The Power of Conscious Thinking

Listen, our minds are tricksters sometimes. They’d rather be right than be happy. That’s why it’s so important to challenge those pesky thoughts that aren’t serving you. Sorenson talks about the magic of conscious thinking: catching those thoughts, questioning them, and deciding if they’re helping or hurting you. Shift your mindset, and you’ll shift your world—it’s as simple and as hard as that!

Goal Setting: Directing Your Path Forward

Let’s talk goals, y’all! Setting them isn’t about the final destination; it’s about the journey. Goals give you something to aim for and keep you moving forward, even when you hit roadblocks. Sorenson highlights that it’s less about achieving the goal itself and more about proving to yourself that you’re capable. It’s about tearing down those limiting beliefs one step at a time.

Practical Application: Observing, Choosing, Aligning

Ready to put this into action? This isn’t a one-and-done deal—it’s a lifestyle shift. Take Sorenson’s own story of overhauling her homeschooling approach after feeling burnt out. By switching up her curriculum and letting herself slow down, she found a balance that felt true to her. This is about constantly observing, choosing, and aligning your actions with your heart.

Wrapping Up: Taking Action Today

Choosing your direction isn’t just about setting goals—it’s about aligning your daily life with what truly matters to you. It’s about finding that sweet spot where your needs and your commitments coexist peacefully. Ready to reignite that spark in your teaching and your life? Start observing, start choosing, and keep aligning, one step at a time.

Because when you give me your time, which I know is such a valuable asset, when you are a busy educator, whether you’re teaching in a classroom or homeschooling or whatever you’re doing, I want to give you everything I’ve got that I can here in the podcast and podcast format.
And also, I am so excited about this book too. So I just wanna give you a little sneak peek. And then if you love it, you’re definitely going to want to snag a copy of the book too. So last week, we talked all about the first step of the framework, which is to observe yourself. Now I want to review that really quickly for you. So basically, when we are observing ourselves, if you missed it, I really recommend going back and listening to that episode where you’ll really get a deep understanding of what it means to observe yourself. But what we talked about is really kind of pulling back and observing what we do. I mean, it really is kind of self explanatory.
Right? We’re observing ourselves. We might be like, what is it that I’m observing? We want to look at our thoughts. We want to see what we are thinking because we are thinking so many thoughts in a day. Right? That they’re just go, go, go popping in our head and we just automatically believe the thoughts that come into our head because, I mean, we don’t have time to notice every single thought. Our brain is wired to be very efficient and just go with whatever pops into our head. So unless we actually be very conscious and observe and see what’s going on in there, our thoughts might be driving feelings that are causing us to feel overwhelmed or anxious when maybe we don’t need to be. We also have to look at our feelings. We want to actually pay attention to what we’re feeling.
It’s a big part of the human experience. Right? I mean, it’s really the full experience. Everything we want in our life is based on how we want it to make us feel. And so because, you know, we might think like, oh, I really want to lose some weight or I really want a more organized classroom or I really want to finish my ESL endorsement or whatever it is you might be doing. And we think we’ll feel so much better when we do that, but really it’s because of what we’re making that mean with our thoughts. But also we don’t even notice our feelings. Right? So we wanna take some time to tap in and be like, what is I’m feeling and process those emotions and pay attention. What feelings are you feeling the most often? How does it feel in your body? Getting in tune with that.
And we talked about that a lot in last week’s episode, so make sure you tune into that. And then we also want to observe our nervous system because sometimes we’re actually in an activated state. Sometimes it’s not just our thoughts. Sometimes it’s our body trying to protect us and our nervous system coming into play with a fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response. We need to deal with not just the stress in our lives like the feeling we’re having but this, we’re, don’t need to just deal with the stressors which are those external circumstances that come and go but sometimes even when that thing goes, our body still needs to regulate and come back to homeostasis. I talk about how it all comes together, how we wanna observe our nervous system, make sure we’re activated, or make sure we are regulated. And then if we are, we can look at our thoughts, we can look at our feelings, and really just kinda get clarity on what is going on in my life. And there are things obviously that are out of our control.
Right? But we are really wanting to focus on what is in our control. We can’t control the stimulus, but we can control the response. Right? So that is kind of the observe yourself in a nutshell. And when once we’ve done that, once we kind of start observing ourselves, and again, this isn’t something we stop. In fact, I want to share the actual section description for the choose your direction just a second. We’re going to continue observing but we can start taking those observations and seeing, oh, what is it I can learn from this? What is it I want to change? What is it I like? What is it that I want to do more of? And that is where we’re becoming more conscious. We’re choosing our direction instead of just letting our automatic thoughts, our automatic feelings, or our nervous system dysregulation run the show. We are observing.
We are paying attention. We’re regulating when we need to instead of staying stuck in a dysregulated state or being stuck in a negative thought spiral or just, you know, constantly feeling overwhelmed. We are paying attention to that. We are tending to our own needs. Let me share what the section description of the book actually says and so, what I mean by the section description is the book is actually divided into 3 sections. So the podcast episode last week covered 5 chapters and then the podcast episode this week and those are the 5 chapters about, observing yourself. Now that one is the most amount of chapters because there’s just so much to it with their chapters all about your thoughts, all about your feelings, all about your nervous system, all about what it means to be an observer and having self compassion and non judgment and all of that and really tying it all together. So there’s 5 chapters in that section.
And then section 2 is 3 chapters about choosing your direction and that’s what we’re talking about today on the podcast. And then next week we’ll talk up all about the 3rd section, another 3 chapters called Align Yourself. And then in between each section there is a section description and even kind of a cute little picture that you’ll see when you get your copy of the book if you snag 1. There’s like kinda going up the staircase and it shows that you’re not ending the choosing your direct or observe yourself. That stays underneath as a foundation of the staircase the whole time but kinda climbing up. It’s a great visual that you’ll see when you snag a copy of the book. Okay. So that section description says, now that you are starting to observe yourself, we can use those observations to choose what we want in our lives.
We’re delving deep into our psyche to truly understand ourselves and using our unique perspectives to guide our choices. We’re enhancing our observational skills while incorporating strategies for conscious decision making. So it’s not moving on from one step to the next but adding another layer. It’s like learning to ride a bike, first pedaling with training wheels then balancing without losing sight of the pedaling. This framework adds layers to our pedaling. This framework adds layers to our approach without pausing the ongoing process of self self observation. So when we start the chapter, the first chapter 6, all about the choosing your direction. I start with a story from the movie The Notebook that you might have seen.
And the reason is because what I’ve found as I’ve coached is a lot of times when I ask a question and a lot of times if it’s like it’s a deeper question that’s kind of not like, oh, what happened here? But oh, why this or why that when I’m coaching? A really common answer is I don’t know. Like, we don’t know the answer to that question. And it really reminds me of the scene from The Notebook where Ryan Gosling’s character, I believe his name is Noah, and Rachel McAdams’ character, oh my gosh, I cannot remember her character’s name but they’re they’re fighting. I’m pretty sure it’s, like, raining. They’ll buy a car or something and he’s kind of, like, frustrated. She’s, like, you know, decide which guy she wants to date or whatever. And what he says to her is, would you stop thinking about what everyone wants? Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want? What do you want? And he really like, you could look it up on YouTube.
It’s actually like, she’s just standing there like, it’s not that simple. Not that simple. And, you know, that’s how a lot of us feel where, like, we don’t really know what we want. We’re just like, oh, this person wants this, this person wants that, this person wants that, and I don’t know what to do because I can’t make everyone happy. And that’s true. You can’t make everyone happy. Right? So that is why we need to be able to choose our own direction. Do what is that we need to do that makes us feel good, that aligns us with ourselves and but we don’t know how to do that.
Right? Because we spent so much of our lives just wanting to make everyone else happy. And the reason that is, so you might, to make everyone happy. What I hear from a lot of teachers is they, you know, end up staying so late after school because they’re doing all the things, trying to make everyone happy or helping this person, helping that person, wanting to make their bulletin board perfect, wanting to do all these different things. Right? And we don’t really stop to question like, why is it I’m doing that? Do I need to be doing that? What is it I really want? What is it? Why is it I just said to become a teacher in the 1st place? Like kind of circling back to all of that. Right? And the reason is like we have these conditioned beliefs to about ourselves, these neuro pathways that we observe. You might have seen some of the those patterns when we’re observing ourselves and we need to figure out what is what is beyond those, what is what we truly want. And the reason a lot of times we get conditioned in this way is because love and belonging is actually what we want more than really anything else. It’s what we’re innately creative for.
And it’s such a good thing, right, because we want to be connected with others and even especially in next week’s episode, I’m gonna talk about how community is such an important part of this. But the problem lies when we think we can’t have community, we can’t have belonging unless we do everything to make other people happy and what they think matters more than what we think. And one thing I’ve noticed that has been surprising to me in a way of why I coach but also not, but is how common of a theme people pleasing has been with teachers, with homeschool parents, with even just like, you know, because sometimes everyone I coach is an educator, but a lot of times situations will come up. You don’t have to be coached just on something that has to be teaching. It can also be like with a family member or with really anything in life. What I’ve just noticed though is educators as a whole in all areas of their life and I think it’s because, you know, when we go into teaching, especially, for those of us who choose to be educators, we love helping people. Right? It’s a big part of it. And we want other to be hop other people to be happy.
We wanna do A plus work all the time. A lot of times, those of us who were teachers, we got good grades in school growing up. Right? And we worry so much what other people think, feel, and do versus what are we thinking, feeling, and doing. Like, we don’t wanna not think about anyone else. Obviously, I’m not telling you, like, oh, I need to become completely self centered. I we need to be a narcissist or anything like that. We don’t need to do that but we also need to give some equal airtime to what is it I’m thinking, feeling and want and also what do they want. I’ll take that into consideration while I make a decision that’s still true to myself.
But we usually don’t take that time to question what it is that we think, feel and do because we are so focused on what everyone else wants us to think, feel, and do. Right? And another thing we tend to do is we want external validation from others to make us happy. It’s a whole concept I talk about in the book called the manual, which we won’t have time for today. It might be another podcast but it’s also fully outlined in the book but it’s basically how we create like, we don’t only we do the things we want to make other people happy and then we have other things we want other people to do to make us happy. It’s like, oh, my colleagues or my admin or my neighbor or my children should do all of these things. Right? And we just kind of have these manuals that we create. And I talk about it a little more in the self love challenge too. Again, like I mentioned, I I keep wanting to just keep talking about all these things but I’m also trying to be mindful of your time and keep these podcast episodes to around 30 minutes.
But that’s where the manual is. It’s we kinda create these manuals in our mind of what other people want and we hold them to that. And we think they need to make us happy with this because I’m trying to make them happy with that. Where instead, the healthy thing would be for us to each, you know, take ourselves into consideration as well. And we can’t control other people. Right? They’re a circumstance. We can control ourselves though. So what we’re really diving into when we want to choose our direction and get to know ourselves is like, what is it from our observations that we want to do? Right? What is at least one thing that is working well that you notice from your observations? What are some things that you love? Like, if you just tap into yourself, what do you love? What do you love to taste, to see, to touch, to feel? Tap into your senses for a sec.
Do you love warm cookies, fuzzy socks or a good cup of coffee or smell of the rain or the sound of the ocean, the sound of music playing on the radio. And how are those things currently in your life? Are you making space for what you actually love to do? What parts of yourself have you let go of that you miss perhaps? Like maybe at some point in your life, you like sing or play soccer as a child growing up. Or maybe you love to dance to music while no one is watching. Is there any part of the younger you that wants to still be there? And again, it might be like, no, that was the thing in the past. That’s totally fine. But sometimes we push things away and it’s like, oh, what what do I actually want? Did I actually wanna keep that? But I kind of stifled it because other people didn’t like it. What are your top values? There’s no right or wrong here. What is most important to you? Your family, your friends, your teaching career, your faith, your spirituality? Again, what are your top values and how are they reflected in your life? And there are so many more questions we talk into talk about too.
I’m not gonna have time to go into all of them today but they’re all in the book and in your workbook that you will get for free when you buy the book. Oh my gosh, the workbook is so beautiful and there’s so many journal prompts, there’s so many exercises. So not only are you going to read and consume lots of content, that’s way more than I can go into on these 3 podcast episodes, but you’re going to get a workbook that is going to allow you to apply everything you learn. I’m even gonna have a little video tutorials about each section of the workbook, and then we’re gonna have some live book club calls. If you purchase the book before December of 2024, you’ll be able to attend those. We’re in one every 3 weeks from starting September 26th through December. It’s going to be great. And then really kind of paying attention to how would becoming this version of you, your most authentic self impact your teaching? How is it going to make you a better educator? Because when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to take care of others.
Right? And just tapping into that why, why did you decide decide to teach in the 1st place? Are you still in touch with that now? So you’ll continue asking these questions and choosing your direction. And for me, and it’s not even the question is really just to get you going. It’s really all about like what what is it from your observations that you’re noticing that you like? What don’t you like? And for me, I’ve been doing a lot again, this is an ongoing thing. This whole process is not like, okay, I’m gonna one time observe. I’m gonna one time choose. I’m one time align. For me, I’ve been doing a lot of like observing and choosing again. And for me, one example of it is homeschooling this year.

I really decided to switch things up. We’ve been kinda doing the same thing using a similar curriculum the past 3 years and it was just starting to feel like a lot. It was starting to feel like and also just feeling like, oh, I’m kinda tired of this. So I really decided to switch things up this year. I’m using more of our own educate and rejuvenate resources that I love, my kids love. I also got an online curriculum to cover the baseline so they can be doing that while I kinda get some work done. And we’re also doing a lot of reading together and writing prompts from the educate and rejuvenate writing prompts. And it, and I’m so thrilled about this new direction we’re taking with homeschooling.

And of course, I could have done mind management. Of course, I could have done mind management been like, oh, I wanna keep doing it this other way. I can kind of like, you know, reprioritize so I can’t do it that way. But also, you can be like, no, what I’m doing isn’t working. I’m gonna choose a different direction. We’re gonna do it this way. That feels better, right? And that’s what it’s all about is creating a life that feels good to you. And last week, even since recording last week’s episode, we went to Maui for a week and what was crazy to you was the concept of how long the days were while we were in Maui, like when I didn’t have work, when I didn’t have homeschooling, when I our kids actually weren’t with us.

So it’s just me and Randy and it was so crazy that I was like, wow. There’s just like how much time there is in a day and how oh, I was able to get so in touch with how I’m thinking, how I’m feeling. And again, I’m actually pretty good at doing that now on a daily basis. But it was very like just tend to really get in tune with all that and have really some time and space to think and realizing how long the days truly are. And really just feeling that aloha, right? That concept of like, you know, everything was kind of a more chill vibe. And as I was coming home, I was ready to come home. I was ready to see my kids, ready to get back to connecting with everyone here and getting into this book launch which I’m so excited for. I was kind of like, what can I do to bring this vibe, continue to bring it with me? How can I simplify things a little bit? And how can I make it even more meaningful? How can I connect with everyone even more? And that’s why I’m so excited for the book club that we’re doing for everybody who buys the book that everybody’s going to get to come, not just members.

I’m also focused on Instagram, connecting more there, bringing more that back to me doing it and not just my team. And then again, with that, we’re gonna have to reallocate and be like, okay, I need to step out of these things more so I can really be connecting with all of you. And I also wanna be How can I enjoy more quality time with my kids and create systems in my teaching and my home life so things aren’t taking up as much mental space? Like decisions ahead of time is such a helpful concept. And these are all things I’m working on right now and examples of choosing your direction. So again, my day to day is going to look a little different than yours, but it’s just being mindful of, oh, what in my life is working right now? What in my life isn’t? And then there’s the power we talk about in chapter 7 of conscious thinking. And one thing I share in that chapter is the concept that our brain wants to be right more than it wants us to be happy. Let me say that again. Our brain wants to be right even more than it wants to us to be happy.
Like, it’s like, no, I’d rather you be sad and I’d be right then you’d be happy and I’d be wrong. Like, isn’t that kinda funny? Our brain really wants to prove itself right. And that is why we really need to be conscious about our thing, about what we’re thinking and observe it and be like, wait, is this actually true or is this even what I want to think? And that’s where we talk about how we can shift our thoughts into being more intentional and create an intentional model. Like, we can look at what am I currently thinking? How is that causing me to feel? What am I doing when I feel that way? What result do I get from that? To if I switch to this thought that actually does feel believable, which we talk about in the book. We talk about the concept of moving up those thoughts incrementally with some tools called bridge and ladder thoughts. So when you grab a copy of the book, make sure to check that out. But we can look at what we want to think, and then how is that going to make us feel? What are we going to do differently when we think and feel that way? And how will that change our results? So when we think consciously, that is just such a powerful way for us to choose our direction. Because again, like we talked about in observing ourselves, our thoughts really do control so much of our lives.
And just getting in touch with that. And also creating intentional time to process your feelings as well. Like, how are you creating space for that when you need to and regulating yourself and consciously creating that time in your day. Even in your school day, even while you’re teaching, like having a brain break where you all get up and move together that can help you and your students regulate, for example. Like just making conscious choices that are going to help you in your life. Now the final chapter, chapter 8 in the choose your directions section is all about goal setting. And the one thing that is a big caveat with goals is a lot of times we think of goals as like, oh, I need to do this thing because then I’m going to be better when I do this thing. Or then I can be happy.
Like, that constant, like, I’ll be happy when I reach this goal or whatever. And that’s not going to work because then we’re not gonna shame ourselves into reaching your goal. And we’ve learned throughout the book and throughout these podcasts that it’s not the circumstance of anything that makes us happy. Right? It’s not reaching that goal, but our thoughts about where we are right now. And you can cultivate those feelings right now, so you don’t even have to set a goal. But our we there are a couple of reasons we do want to set goals. And the first one is that they help us remove our subconscious blocks we have about ourselves because we will have that shame come up. We will have thoughts we need to train, and we will have feelings that come up.
And it gives us an opportunity to use and apply and practice these tools, and it gives you direction. Again, creating that goal gives you that direction of where you want to go. So you might end up there. You might end up learning and going in completely different direction, but it’s giving you the direction for right now and removing those subconscious blocks, like like those thoughts of disbelief, especially like, no, there’s no way I could do that. And then when you actually see yourself making progress because you are busting through those limited beliefs, it’s so powerful. And another reason that we set goals is they’re our guide. And I already kinda mentioned this. They’re our guide as we choose our direction.
Right? They give us a direction to go. And a way we can do that is through using the self coaching model that I talk about a lot here on the podcast to create our goals. So we look at like the, We kind of work it backwards. Right? So usually, we look at the circumstance, thought, feeling, action, result, but instead, we’ll end with the result. We’ll be like, what is it? What is that goal? The result is you hit that goal. Right? And then, what do I need to do to hit that goal? The actions. You write down everything you would need to do to hit that goal. And then how would you need to feel to be able to do the all those things without resistance? Right? So how do you need to feel? What emotion? And then what is it you would need to think to feel that way? And then your circumstances, just the fact that you set a goal to do that.
That can be a circumstance. Like I set a goal to fill in the blank, and we have a whole worksheet and everything for you to do this when you grab the workbook that goes along with the book. You’ll learn how to do that when you buy your copy of the book. So you have the book that has all the information, then the workbook that helps you apply, which also give you access to the educate and rejuvenate app for the video tutorials, the book club replays if you’re not able to come live, and all of that. So we’re giving you so much. It’s crazy. The book, if you buy a hard copy is 20 6.95, or the Kindle is only 9.99 if you decide to go the digital route. But again, you’re getting so many bonuses that more than cover that.
So we wanted to really make it a no brainer for you. And another thing I just wanna mention is why is setting a goal in the choose your direction category and not align yourself? Because you might be like, oh, aligning yourself isn’t that Like, because the step 3 is to align yourself, and that’s to be going the direction you wanna go. And the reason I put goal setting in the choose your direction is the initial setting, the creation of the goals is you choosing. Right? You’re choosing what you want to do. You’re creating the plan. And then I would put actually following through and doing those things, like the habits that you build, actually tracking your habits, creating routines and everything that go along with those goals. Like, the goal is big picture, creating the plan, and then align is, like, the day to day of doing that. So we’ll talk about that even more next week.
Okay. So let’s recap what we talked about today about choosing our direction. It’s about knowing and getting clear on what do we want. What is it that we want in our lives? And then we need to figure out what do we consciously need to think? How do what do I want to believe in order to create that life, that teaching career that I want? And we want to create goals and a plan so we have a direction of where we want to go. Essentially, that is a quick sum up of all of it. But, again, there’s so much more to it. So many tools that you can use to utilize that. And the book, Educate Rejuvenate, A 3 Step Guide to Revitalize Your Teaching, Renew Your Spirit, and Reinite Your Passion for Life by Kelsey Sorensen.
Okay. That was just fun to say. But the book is really going to help you to do that. It’s going to outline everything. It’s really like I’ve had members who were in the club for a year or more, and they said the book like, they’ve been coming to calls and everything, but they’re like, this book is suddenly giving so much clarity to all the calls I’ve been to. So even if you’ve never come to one of our events or been in the club or anything, you’ve just been listening on the podcast, it’s going to give so much clarity to what I even talk about on the podcast. You’re going to because to get on the podcast, I’m not gonna always just be rehashing things from the book. I’ll be getting new stories, new examples, new tools.
But the book is really going to give you that essential framework, that kind of baseline layer of understanding of why and what we’re doing here. So then when you listen to the podcast, it’s going to make this so much more powerful. So I highly recommend snagging your copy of the book. It’s going to impact you way more than it impacts me. Let’s be for real. I am confident that this book is going to do well and that it’s going to be received well and that we’re going to get people purchasing the book and everything. I get, like, pennies on the dollar for each book sold. It’s not about that.
But for you, what you’re going to get from it, the transformation you can see when you read the book, and then not just read it, but also utilize that workbook and apply what you learned is and come to the book club calls or watch the replays if you’re not able to come live. It’s going to honestly make such a difference for you. And so again, grab your copy of the book if you haven’t yet. You can find it on Amazon. We’ll link it in the show notes. We’ll link it in the episode description even so you can find it right on Apple or Spotify and all that. And if you are listening live during the book launch, which is before September 19, 2024, we have even extra bonuses. So listen to that episode that just popped into the feed on launch day.
You’ll get to hear a little bit more about it. But even whenever you buy the book, you’re going to get access to that workbook, to all the video trainings about how to use it, to the book club anytime while the lives are still happening. And if the lives are over, you’ll get all the replays even if it’s, like, a year later or whatever. You’re going to get so much it’s really like buying, like, a couple $100 course for $26 for the book. I do highly recommend our teacher bestie plan that we’re doing for the launch though, which is where you buy 2 copies because then you have a built in accountability buddy and you get even more bonuses. But, again, this book is going to just make such a difference for you if you use and apply what you’ve learned. It has for me and I know it will for you too. Those of you who have a copy and have already started diving in, I would love if you would leave a review on the book on Amazon.
Like I mentioned, I really wanna get this book into the hands as into as many educators as possible, and it’s not for me. It’s because it’s going to be so much more powerful for everybody else. The book isn’t about me. It’s about you. You, the listener. You, the your educator friends and family. It is going to help and support you to not be so burned out. Like, when we did the pull in industry, I’m in over 300 teachers that they’re almost always putting their career above themselves.

It’s like, I need that to change. And this book is a big part of that. And it’s really a movement and it’s we’re all coming together. And so I would love you to leave a review of the book because that is going to help it rank more on Amazon. It’s going to help people to know, oh, this is a book I should buy. So if you would take a moment to do that, that would mean so much to me. Okay. We will be back next week and we’ll talk all about the 3rd step of the framework which is to align yourself.

We’ll talk then. Thank you for joining me on educate and rejuvenate the podcast today. If you love what you heard in this episode, be sure to hit subscribe so you don’t miss the next one.
